Maze h-BN nanowires (BNNWs) can be synthesized with ammonia at low temperature to 400℃. It can be involved in the synthesis of boron nitride materials, by changing the biochemical temperature, it can also be obtained in a variety of forms, such as thin films, nanotubes and porous foams.
